An Ordi- I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled nance to authorise the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Five million four hundred and sixty-six thousand three hundred and twenty- seven Dollars and sixty-three Cents to defray the Charges of the year
1918,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
2.
This Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the
Officer Administering the Government may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
